When the Advanced Rate Applies
The $175/hour advanced rate applies only to real-time video processing, camera or vendor SDK integration, thermal or infrared imaging, multi-camera systems, GPU optimization, edge-device deployment, object tracking, trajectory analysis, complex AI-model integration, and performance-sensitive image or video pipelines.
Project totals are starting estimates, not guaranteed fixed quotes. Final pricing requires requirements review; required hours are never inferred before that review. Hardware, cloud services, third-party APIs, vendor licenses, travel, and equipment are separate unless explicitly included. Fixed-price estimates may be offered after requirements review.
Software Ownership & Scope
Software ownership, source-code rights, licensing, third-party components, and reuse rights are defined in the written development agreement. Community Evidence Review publication-license terms do not automatically apply.
