Custom Research Software — Professional Services Rates

Free 30-minute initial discussion for eligible organizations. Standard development is $125/hour with a 4-hour minimum. Institutional research development starts at $95/hour only when specifically offered. Advanced imaging, tracking, and hardware integration is $150-$175/hour. Proofs of concept start at $1,500; custom research applications start at $5,000; large or complex systems require a custom quote. These are starting estimates, not fixed project totals.

Computer Vision, OCR & Image Analysis — Professional Services Rates

Free 30-minute technical discussion. OCR and text-recognition development is $135/hour, standard computer vision and image analysis is $150/hour, and advanced vision engineering is $175/hour, with a 4-hour minimum. Project starting points range from $1,500 for an OCR/image-analysis proof of concept to $10,000 or a custom quote for an end-to-end production vision platform.

Evidence Policy & Engagement Rights

Evidence analysis is performed as part of an approved professional, research, academic, media, or institutional engagement. sight-undercover does not accept unsolicited evidence submissions from individual members of the public.

The organizational client retains ownership of original photo, video, audio, or other source material provided under an approved engagement.

sight-undercover retains ownership of its original reports, annotations, diagrams, measurements, commentary, graphics, comparison layouts, and other original analytical materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Confidentiality, publication permissions, research use, and any licenses are defined in the written engagement agreement. No automatic public-submission publication license applies.

Extracting or enhancing a frame does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying submitted content. Final agreement and publication-license terms require qualified legal review.
