Engagement Rights
The organizational client retains ownership of original photo, video, audio, or other source material provided under an approved engagement.
Confidentiality, publication permissions, research use, and any licenses are defined in the written engagement agreement. No automatic public-submission publication license applies.
Extracting or enhancing a frame does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying content.
